Services:

Pilates for Life provides private, and  semi-private lessons on the equipment. Semi-private lessons offer one trainer teaching you and a friend. If you wish, we will do our best to match you with another person. The mat classes are limited to 6 participants and the reformer classes are limited to 4 participants allowing the trainer to closely monitor all movements of each person. Incorporated into the mat classes will be opportunities to use the spine correctors, magic circles and CORE bands.

TUESDAYS:
    9AM and 10 AM Reformer
    11AM Mat 

WEDNESDAYS:
     9AM Mat 
     10AM and 3:30PM Reformer 

THURSDAYS:
    9AM, 4:30PM and 5:30 PM Reformer
    11AM Mat

FRIDAYS:
    10AM  (select weeks only -  call ahead) Reformer

FEES: * Reformer $25 each or $160 for a package of 8
           Mat $15 each or $80 for a package of 8

*NOTE Those who have never taken Pilates on the reformer must have 2 private lessons before joining a reformer class. We therefore offer a special of 2 private lessons and 8 reformer classes for $240.00 (save $40.00)

Note: Packages are valid for 60 days. 24 hour advanced notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Each session is 55 minutes
